Today’s Mazda Gem of the Day is a tastefully modified 1990 Miata hardtop roadster.
This well-cared-for example of a first-year NA Miata is being offered for sale after more than two decades of enthusiast ownership by the second owner.
This roadster is finished in Classic Red and was completely repainted under current ownership. Its exterior finish has been beautifully maintained following the repaint.
Modification highlights include a custom-fabricated stainless steel exhaust system and larger aftermarket wheels.
The standout exhaust system gives this Miata the sporty exhaust note it deserves.
With just 64,175 miles on the odometer, this classic convertible is just getting started and will provide the next owner with the same engaging driving experience the Miata has a reputation for.
The 15-inch aftermarket rims are wrapped in Hankook tires. Further improving the already stellar performance of this sports car is upgraded strut braces that decrease chassis flex and improve handling.
