Due to paint fading under the Florida sun, the car has been repainted in its original Highland Green metallic. It was an inexpensive paint job so not to factory quality, but better than the original faded paint it replaced.
The soft top is worn but does not leak, and the convertible top drain plugs were recently cleaned.
The interior and engine bay are in very nice condition. There’s some wear on the driver’s seat bolster but other than that, the interior looks clean and shows well. The OEM floor mats are like new. The A/C blows cold.
Its Michelin tires have plenty of tread left, but they’re older tires and the car hasn’t been driven much lately so new tires might be a good idea.
This car is ideal for someone looking for a reliable, lower mileage driver Miata. To turn it from a good car to an excellent car, its two imperfections could be addressed by a quality respray and replacing the soft top.
